“The X Belek presents a curious paradox: a visually stunning property with all the trappings of a five-star resort-private beach, luxurious spa, multiple pools- undermined by inconsistent service. While the architecture and extensive entertainment options, from karaoke to theme nights, promise an engaging stay near the Land of Legends theme park, realizing that promise hinges on a more dedicated approach to hospitality.”
